YOU WILL RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION WHEN THE ORDER HAS BEEN PACKED FOR SHIPPING, AND A TRACKING NUMBER THAT WILL ALLOW YOU TO FOLLOW IT'S WAY TO YOU.

WARRANTY

A 2-YEAR WARRANTY IS GRANTED UNDER THE PURCHASE ACT. OUR RIGHT OF COMPLAINT APPLIES TO DEFECTS IN MATERIAL AND/OR FABRICATION. THE COMPLAINT DOES NOT APPLY TO ERRORS OR DAMAGE CAUSED BY INCORRECT OPERATION OF THE PRODUCT/SERVICE.

RETURNS

I HAVE A 14-DAY RETURN POLICY, WHICH MEANS YOU HAVE 14 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING YOUR PIECE TO REQUEST A RETURN. TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, THE PIECE MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION AS WHEN YOU RECEIVED IT AND YOU'LL ALSO NEED THE RECEIPT OR ANY PROOF OF PURCHASE. I RECOMMEND YOU TO ALWAYS SHIP WITH TRACK & TRACE.

I WILL NOTIFY YOU ONCE I'VE RECEIVED AND INSPECTED YOUR RETURN, AND LET YOU KNOW IF THE REFUND WAS APPROVED OR NOT. IF APPROVED, YOU'LL BE AUTOMATICALLY REFUNDED ON YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD.
